WEPNTK Online Curriculum Conversion Task Force

Help Bring ABM’s Flagship Educational Course Online

ABM is launching a dedicated Task Force to convert the in‑person What Every Physician Needs to Know (WEPNTK) curriculum into a rigorous, CME‑eligible online course. This group will play a crucial role in transforming an 8‑hour live program into a high‑quality digital learning experience accessible worldwide.

Ideal volunteers include members with experience in:

• Medical or health professions education
• Instructional or curriculum design
• Online teaching and learning
• Assessment development
• Clinical breastfeeding medicine

This opportunity is ideal for eligible members passionate about advancing ABM’s educational mission and expanding access to high‑quality breastfeeding medicine training globally.

Nominations Committee

Help Guide ABM’s Annual Nominations and Election Cycle

ABM is seeking one volunteer to serve a two‑year term on the Nominations Committee. This committee plays an essential role in maintaining strong, representative leadership by overseeing the annual Board nominations and election process.
Committee work includes:

• Reviewing applications and conducting candidate interviews
• Evaluating candidates using a structured rubric
• Developing the annual Board slate for Board review
• Supporting a transparent, fair, and competency‑based nominations process

Eligibility for this role is limited to medical doctor–level members in eligible membership categories per ABM bylaws.
