To celebrate World Breastfeeding Week, the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine is proud to present Feeding Forward — a special storytelling series featuring conversations with ABM members from around the world.

Each episode explores what breastfeeding medicine looks like in different countries and cultures — from how care is delivered and regulated, to how families and professionals are supported, to the challenges and triumphs experienced on the ground.

What You'll Hear

Each conversation explores:

• How breastfeeding support is structured and regulated.
• Whether breastfeeding medicine is formally recognized as a specialty.
• What access looks like for families and healthcare professionals.
• Cultural innovations, challenges, and hopes for the future.
