

On-Demand Policies
The ABM On-Demand Conference provides access to recorded session content; there is no live-streamed participation.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A $100 processing fee for all cancellations postmarked on or before September 21, 2026, will be charged. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations postmarked after that date. ABM reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the Annual International Meeting educational sessions at its sole discretion. If ABM must cancel the entire meeting, registrants will receive a full refund for their paid meeting registration fee. This policy applies to both in-person and on-demand registrations.
On-Demand Conference Code of Conduct
These guidelines apply to all participant interactions within the conference platform and associated discussion features.
ABM is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and ABM staff. All participants, including but not limited to attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, ABM staff members, service providers, and all others, are expected to abide by this On-Demand Annual International Meeting Code of Conduct.
ABM has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, ABM asks that you inform Nicole Wallace, Executive Director ([email protected]), or call +1.847.375.4726 so we can take the appropriate action.
Unacceptable behavior is defined as:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, ABM staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Examples of verbal abuse include but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, ABM staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Disruption of presentations during sessions, or at other events organized by ABM throughout the meeting, is not allowed. All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any ABM event staff.
- Political statements are prohibited.
- Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitations for services. ABM reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
- Participants should not copy or take screenshots of Q&A or any chat room activity that takes place in the virtual space.
- ABM reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and ABM reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.
CME Certificates and On-Demand Access
The on-demand conference experience will remain available through March 31, 2027.
During this access period, participants may:
- View recorded conference sessions
- Complete session evaluations
- Claim CE, CME, and CERP certificates
After March 31, 2027, on-demand access will close. Participants who require a duplicate copy of their certificate(s) after this date may request one for a $20 administrative fee per certificate type. Attendees must have completed session evaluations before the conference closes to request a certificate.
