New for 2026, symposia offer an opportunity to explore complex and timely topics in breastfeeding and lactation medicine through in‑depth, multidisciplinary discussion. Symposia are designed to bring together multiple perspectives, foster meaningful dialogue, and advance clinical, scientific, and advocacy‑focused understanding across global contexts. Submit a ProposalWhat Is a Symposium?Symposia are thematic, 60‑minute sessions that feature multiple speakers addressing a shared topic. These sessions are intended to go beyond single‑presentation formats by encouraging synthesis, discussion, and audience engagement. Symposia may include clinical, research, educational, advocacy, and systems‑level perspectives and should align with ABM’s commitment to evidence‑based, WHO Code–compliant programming.
