Want to make the 30th Annual International Meeting a shared, in-person experience for your organization, hospital team, or regional colleagues? Host an ABM Watch Party! This is a great way to gather locally while participating in this global virtual conference.
How It Works:
- Register your group to host a Watch Party
- Choose whether you'll follow the Eastern Standard Time in the US or the Australian Eastern Daylight Time conference scheduling.
- Receive access to the content platform for your attendees.
- Join on-demand educational sessions and live Q&A discussions.
- Participate in live networking activities from your location.
What ABM Will Provide:
- A Watch Party Host Toolkit with event tips, scheduling guidance, and promotional materials.
- Recognition of your Watch Party site on our conference website and within the virtual platform.
- A Watch Party host code to be shared with your participants for a 5% discount on the conference registration fees.
- Watch Party hosts will receive an additional 15% discount on their individual registration for the meeting! Limited to one 15% discount per Watch Party site.
Watch Party Guidelines
- All Watch Party participants must be individually registered for the 30th Annual International Meeting.
Every person attending a Watch Party must complete their own registration for the virtual conference.
- The Watch Party Host must be a paid registrant of the 30th Annual International Meeting.
The host will serve as the primary contact for your site and receive important updates and materials from ABM.
- Watch Parties must have a minimum of 5 registered participants to qualify for the 5% discount.
If your site does not reach the 5-person minimum by the registration deadline, each registered participant will be responsible for paying the difference between the discounted and standard registration rate. Bonus: All Watch Parties, regardless of size, will be promoted on our website and virtual platform to help increase visibility and encourage participation in your area.
- Watch Parties are intended for group viewing of the Annual Meeting program following either Eastern Standard Time in the United States or Australian Eastern Daylight Time conference program schedules.
- Each participant must log in individually to the virtual platform to complete session evaluations to earn CME/CERPS/CNE credits.
- The Watch Party Host is responsible for all local event logistics and expenses.
This includes securing a venue (if applicable), arranging technology to access the virtual meeting, and providing any food, beverages, or additional services. ABM will not provide financial support, reimbursements, or resources for on-site expenses.
- Watch Parties must adhere to local health, safety, and gathering guidelines.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring their Watch Party complies with any requirements in their region.
